Called Hamilton Air (David) when our unit stopped cooling, and after the original installer came out and said it would be several days before they could repair it. (And they misdiagnosed the problem). David arrived in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part on Thursday. He called us at 5:30 pm Friday, to say the part came in. He was at our house at 6:30 Friday evening, and installed the part, with no excessive after hours fee. The a/c is working perfectly. We can’t thank David enough. We truly appreciate his honesty and ability.
